Agreement for Data & Workflow Exports

1. Overview

TranceForm and Follow-Up Beast provide clients with robust automation, workflows, funnels, and marketing systems designed to streamline their businesses. While clients retain full ownership of their raw data (contacts, emails, and lists), the workflows, funnels, automations, and system configurations built within the platform are proprietary intellectual property.This agreement outlines the process and fees associated with exporting a snapshot of a client’s account should they choose to leave the platform.

2. Data Ownership

Clients always own and may manually export their raw data (contacts, lists, emails) at no cost.Custom workflows, automations, funnels, and proprietary configurations created by TranceForm or Follow-Up Beast are considered intellectual property and require a paid export if a client wishes to transfer them outside the system.

3. Data Export Fees

Clients requesting a full export of their workflows, automations, and customized system setup must pay a one-time fee based on their tenure:

Clients under 1 year: $10,000 one-time export fee

Loyal Clients (1+ Years on Platform): $5,000 one-time export fee

This fee covers the extensive time, expertise, and effort involved in transferring proprietary workflows and system configurations.

4. Processing & Timeline

Snapshot exports require 7-14 business days to process.Clients must submit a formal request in writing.Once the export is complete, the transaction is final and non-refundable.

5. Data Export Policy - Checkout Agreement

By becoming a client and checking the box during check out, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the Data Export Policy. You understand that while your raw data (contacts, lists, emails) remains yours and can be exported manually at no cost, the workflows, automations, funnels, and proprietary system configurations built within the platform are the intellectual property of TranceForm and Follow-Up Beast.
